1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all contracts, orders and repair requests between you (“Customer”) and Time Master Fix AG, Rue de la Corraterie 18, 1204 Genève, Switzerland (Business ID: 824-591-738), operating at timemasterfixup.com.

2. Services

Time Master Fix AG offers bespoke manufacturing, maintenance and repair of luxury watches. The type and scope of each service are set out in your individual order confirmation, detailing all agreed work steps and deliverables.

3. Contract Formation

You place orders online via our contact form or by emailing [email protected]. A binding contract is formed when we send you a written order confirmation.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) exclusive of VAT. Payment terms (e.g. prepayment, credit card) and due dates are specified in your confirmation. We accept bank transfers or major credit cards.

5. Liability & Warranty

We are liable for defects in accordance with applicable law. The warranty period is 24 months from service completion. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except in cases of injury to life, body or health.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and usage rights in texts, images, technical drawings and software remain with Time Master Fix AG. Any reproduction or transfer to third parties requires our express written consent.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive for transparency and fairness. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the following rules:

• Cancellation ≥14 days before scheduled service: 100 % refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation 7–13 days before service: 50 % refund to cover preparatory work and materials.
• Cancellation <7 days before service: No refund available.

Processing time: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of confirmation, credited back to the original payment method. Banks may take up to 5 additional business days to post the credit.

Partial services: Any work already performed (e.g. diagnostics, parts procurement) is billed pro rata and not refundable. Details are specified in your order confirmation.

How to request a refund: Submit your request in writing by email to [email protected], quoting your order number and payment details. We will review and confirm your refund within 5 business days.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Genève, Switzerland.
